Cat Vas

Vas is originally from Adelaide, South Australia but moved to Sydney, New South Wales. She is a Greek Australian and is the daughter of a minister. From the age of four to 16, Vas suffered from an immune disorder. She cites Feist, Haim, Robyn, Lykke Li, Katy Perry and Regina Spektor as her musical influences. Prior to entering The X Factor, Vas was a music teacher. Vas landed in the final showdown in week two with Joelle Hadjia after receiving the fewest public votes. She was eventually eliminated from the competition after Keating, Bassingthwaighte and Redfoo chose to save Hadjia.
