Steve has worked with organisations such as Metlife Insurance, Sportsbet, King & Wood Mallesons and numerous others to help foster cultural and behavioural change to support innovation. Steve has delivered countless keynotes on corporate innovation - focusing on the why and how - for organisations such as IBM, CapGemini, CarSales, Australia Post, Downer Group and at several conferences. The largest audience he spoke in front of was 350 at the IBM Partner Symposium in Luna Park in 2015 while he is equally comfortable presenting in front of small groups.
Steve hosts chart topping podcast, Future², which is all about innovation in the enterprise. The podcast hit Number One on iTunes in the Business News category and hit the overall Business top 10 in March 2016.
Steve also wrote and published The Innovation Manager's Handbook, a book that gives innovation managers and corporate intrapreneurs guidance on navigating the minefield that is corporate innovation.
