Tanveer Ahmed

Tanveer doubles as both a psychiatrist and an author who runs a facility in Bankstown and regularly visits jails to aid with forenic assessments. His presence in the media is evident through print and various broadcasts. He is the author of both 'The Exotic Rissole' and 'Fragile Nation' and has been a member of numerous Boards and held elected office. Tanveer has experience working with all ages as he has been working in an adolescent unit and community health facility. Aside from his busy schedule consulting patients at clinics, Tanveer's professional career has expanded through media channels that have enabled him to exercise his presentation skills. He has been featured and even written columns within the media and additionally had the opportunity to present an international news story for Channel 7's Sunday Night program as well as a hosting position for a prime time game show.
