Our COVID Refund Policy

All booking agreements come with Covid19 reschedule dates where a full refund is available to client should artist not be available for a date rescheduled.

If the Event/Booking is cancelled solely due to government health restrictions for the Covid-19 pandemic, the Agreement can be amended on two (2) separate occasions with each subject to Talent’s professional availability. If Talent is unable to attend either of the new event dates, neither party will be in breach of the Agreement and it will terminate with all talent monies refunded to the client.

Where possible and if the Client so chooses, an alternative Performer (at the alternative Performer’s published fee) may be provided in lieu of the refund. In the event of the Client terminating this agreement, it shall remain in force and the Performer shall be entitled to their fee as specified herein not withstanding any purported termination by the purchaser.
