Al Del Bene, honoured as L.A. Comedy Awards’ Comedian of The Year launched his comedy career at just 18 years old in Boston.
Upon his move to NYC in 1998, he swiftly became a fixture in the city's underground comedy circuit. After exhausting the city’s comedic possibilities, Al relocated to sunny L.A. in 2006, where he regularly performed at The World Famous Laugh Factory on the Sunset Strip.
His television credits include appearances on Comics Unleashed, HBO’s Tourgasm, NESN Comedy All Stars, and Jon Lovitz Presents.
Al has entertained U.S. troops in Kuwait and Iraq with the U.S.O. and toured over a hundred sold-out stadiums and arenas as a featured act on Dane Cook’s Isolated Incident Tour, blending comedy with music.
Since March 2014, Al has called Sydney, Australia his home, where he shared the stage at The Sydney Opera House with Bill Burr and appeared on The Comedy Channel, Network 10, and Just for Laughs. He resides in Sydney with his wife and two children.
