Candice Skjonnemand

With a rapidly expanding Facebook fan base, almost half a million YouTube views, a thousand Twitter followers and hundreds of Instagram followers, the support for Candice’s music continues to climb. Candice has appeared in Woman’s Day, New Idea, The Gold Coast Bulletin, The Courier-Mail, Sunrise, The Project, Today, Planet Unearthed – Foxtel and Austar,  and been heard on 90.9 Sea FM, ABC Sunshine Coast radio, ABC Coast fm, the list continues. Her original music has already been recognised in the QMUSIC awards and her first EP hit iTunes on October 1st 2014 along with her Voice battle song Clown performed with another one of The Voice 2014's Thando Sikwila. A true musical chameleon, Candice’s style bridges the pop, r’n’b and soul genres. She’s even been known to dabble in dance music. Kylie Minogue describes her live performances as "...spine tingling... goosebumps material... soul piercing" and "...a powerhouse!", while INXS’s Kirk Pengilly admires her “flawless pitch”. As Kylie describes Candice, she is without a doubt a "machine" in this Industry. Equally at ease performing with a band, accompanying herself on keys for an intimate and awakening experience or with fully produced tracks for a produced performance – she just loves what she is doing and lives to captivate the audience!
