About Mikaela Dean
She loves expressing herself though her clothes almost as much as she loves music, so its no wonder that Mikaela is able to join the two.
Born and raised in Brisbane, Mikaela made a tough decision when she was 17 to move to Sydney to pursue her dreams of becoming a singer. She often had to take odd jobs to pay the bills before she picked up regular gigs and is now performing several nights a week.
She names Kimbra, Jill Scott, Jessie J, Michael Jackson and Chaka Kahn as her musical icons.
