Natalie Bassingthwaighte is one of Australia's most versatile entertainers, known for her achievements as an actress, musician, presenter, and author. Currently, she stars as Mary Jane in Alanis Morissette’s Tony Award-winning Musical, Jagged Little Pill. She also hosts Studio 22 on ABC Australia, exploring the role of creative release in mental health, and appears on SBS’s Who Do You Think You Are?
Natalie has hosted various shows, including Network Ten’s Changing Rooms, and served as a judge and mentor on Channel Seven’s The X Factor Australia. She led Beau Monga to victory on The X Factor New Zealand, co-hosted the 2010 ARIA Awards, and won a Logie Award for her stint on So You Think You Can Dance.

Natalie began her stage career with roles in Australian productions of Grease, Rent, Footloose, and Chicago. She returned to the stage at the Sydney Opera House for Love, Loss, and What I Wore and performed in Funny Girl in Concert with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Most recently, she played Roxie Hart in Chicago, earning a nomination for Best Female Actor in a Musical at the 2019 Sydney Theatre Awards.
In music, Natalie released her solo album 1000 Stars, which debuted at number one on the ARIA Charts in 2009. As the frontwoman of The Rogue Traders, she achieved multi-platinum sales, received two APRA nominations, an MTV award, and seven ARIA nominations.
