In August 2022, Stan released his 7th studio album, All In, featuring smash hits such as "Feelings" with Kings, "Come Back Home," and "Human" feat. Vince Harder & Louis Baker. His music resonates deeply, reflecting his Maoritanga, love for his culture, pride for his people, sense of humour, humility, and joy for life.
Throughout his career, Stan has achieved unparalleled success as a New Zealand artist. He has earned eight Gold and five Platinum singles, along with one Double Platinum and one Triple Platinum single in New Zealand. His accolades include eight New Zealand Music Awards and five ARIA Music Award nominations. Additionally, he has won the Waiata Māori Award for Radio Airplay Record of the Year five times, in 2010, 2011, and consecutively from 2013 to 2015.
In 2020, Stan released the inspirational single "Bigger"/"Tua" and announced his memoir, Impossible: My Story, co-written with American singer-songwriter Parson James and published by HarperCollins New Zealand. This song, proudly released in both Te Reo Māori and English, encapsulates Walker’s love for his culture, his whakapapa, and his whānau, as well as his hopes for future generations.
Impossible: My Story is a personal reflection on Stan's life, detailing his journey growing up in a family where love and violence were tragically intertwined. It is a story of forgiveness and a path to redemption, capturing the essence of a young Māori boy from Tauranga finding his place and purpose in the world while never forgetting who he is, where he came from, and who he came from.
