About Tim Morrison
Tim is singer/songwriter who is becoming widely known for his versatility as an artist. Having gone from the lead singer of established Aussie rock band Trial Kennedy to being a finalist on the hit TV show ‘The Voice’, and most recently, reaching over 10 million streams on Spotify for his solo project single ‘Dare Me’, Tim is experiencing a variety of success that is rarely seen in the music industry today.
After signing a record deal with Sony Music, Trial Kennedy released two studio albums that charted within ARIA’s top 50, the first of which was recorded in America with Grammy award-winning producer Nick Didia (Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine)Trial Kennedy toured extensively performing at arena’s and festivals with their own show and as main support for bands from all over the world.Trial Kennedy were also played on high rotation at Triple M and Nova, but were particularly supported by triple J, having their single ‘Neighbours’ charting in the top 10 as most played songs of the year.
Tim auditioned for Season 2 of The Voice (Australia) and after successfully making it through he chose Delta Goodrem to be his mentor. During the show Tim also worked on music with world renowned producer Ryan Tedder (Beyoncé, Adele, Ed Sheeran,) and progressed through to the Live finals where he made it to Goodrem's final four.
Tim is currently working on writing, singing and producing new songs as part of the team at 1 AND 2 PRODUCTIONS.This includes projects of various styles, some of which have resulted in collaborations such as ‘Dare Me’ with NERVO, ‘Come Away’ with Nora En Pure, ‘Magic’ with Bingo Players, 'Real Life' with MAKJ, just to name a few.
