Luke Jacobz is one of Australia’s most popular actors and TV show hosts, boasting an impressive list of credits. The multi-talented Sydney-based personality has appeared in iconic Australian dramas including "McLeod’s Daughters" and "Home and Away."
Luke first came to public attention starring as Zac Croft on the Australian teen drama "Heartbreak High" for two years. He then transitioned to hosting television programs such as "The Big Arvo," "Popstars Live," and the "Kellogg’s Iron Man" series.
Returning to acting, Luke played Patrick Brewer in the beloved Aussie drama "McLeod's Daughters" from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, he joined the cast of "Home and Away" as Angelo Rosetta.
