Sami Lukis is one of Australia's most accomplished media personalities, with a career spanning over 20 years. She has made her mark as a Television Presenter, Radio Host, Author, Podcaster, Journalist, Red Carpet Reporter, Professional MC, Columnist, and Media Commentator. Sami is an ambassador for the travel website 9Travel and regularly contributes to 9Honey. She also appears on The Morning Show on Channel 7.
In 2018, Sami published her first book, Romantically Challenged, through Penguin Random House, followed by a successful spin-off podcast nominated for Best Original Podcast at the 2019 Australian Commercial Radio Awards. She also hosts and produces the popular And Just Like That… They’re Back podcast, downloaded in over 100 countries.
A passionate traveller, Sami created her own travel business in 2011, offering unique getaways for women to New York and Italy. She holds a Bachelor of Business Communication with Distinction from the Queensland University of Technology, majoring in Journalism and Film & Television Studies, and was awarded the Federation of Radio Broadcasters Prize for outstanding achievement in broadcast journalism.
Sami has served as an Australian ambassador for brands like L’Occitane and The Hidden Sea Wines and appeared in campaigns for Ford, Bankwest, and others. She is also deeply committed to charity work, serving as Patron for Kids Rehab at The Children's Hospital at Westmead, and an Ambassador for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Heart Research Australia, among others.
