Bianca Chatfield made history as one of the youngest players to ever debut for the Australian Diamonds at just 18 years old. Known for her tenacity on the court, she quickly earned respect as a leader in women's sport.

Since retiring in 2015, Bianca has excelled in advocating for women in sport through media, while also educating on leadership and high-performance mindsets applicable in both sports and business.
A prominent figure in Australian sport, Bianca contributes across various TV and radio platforms. She leads as host and commentator for the Fox Sports Netball team, anchors the Centre Court Netball Show, and appears on the Seven Network's House of Wellness. Bianca also hosts Women’s Footy on Channel Nine, serves as a panellist on ABC's Offsiders, and contributes to radio programs including 1116 SEN and ABC 774.
Bianca's leadership extends to her online program, The Ignition Project, and her book Every Girl Needs A Plan, empowering women to pursue their passions and navigate challenges with confidence.
In collaboration with Victoria University Sport, Bianca established a High Performance Academy offering elite netball coaching. Her diverse roles include a notable stint on The Block in 2018 and ambassadorships with brands like Chemist Warehouse, Victoria University, and Lexus of Berwick. Bianca also serves as a Member of the MCG Trust appointed by the Government, overseeing the administration of the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.
