Brennon Dowrick is a distinguished Australian gymnast and an in-demand corporate speaker worldwide. Drawing on his extensive experience in elite sports, he now thrives in his post-athletic career by implementing his motivational philosophies.
As a former competitor in two Olympic Games, three Commonwealth Games, and seven Gymnastics World Championships, Brennon understands what it takes to excel at the highest levels. His 18-year scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport taught him the value of building a strong team, mastering fundamentals, and seizing every opportunity to fulfil his Olympic ambitions.
Brennon channels his expertise into various ventures. He owns a Jetts 24/7 fitness club in Queensland and serves on the board of Gymnastics Australia. His passion for motivation, health, and fitness drives his mission to promote these values for a fulfilling life.
In 2014, Brennon and his wife, Kym Hunter, launched Champion Edge, a social enterprise dedicated to enhancing health and fitness among young Australians. Champion Edge conducts school events across the country and is developing an online platform to inspire children to adopt lifelong healthy habits.
