Boasting an uncompromising work ethic, The Commando is a fierce advocate for the foundations and principals of CrossFit, which specialises in functional movements combined into high intensity, varied workouts to maximise performance.
Commando Steve specializes in coaching CrossFit. We believe that CrossFit coaching is very different to Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction, so consequently we only employ trainers that are dedicated to the CrossFit method, and that have the necessary skills and experience to effectively coach CrossFit in a group environment.
The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.
