She founded Elpax in 2016, a venture dedicated to creating wholesome, delicious, and healthy dinners for busy families. Through Elpax, Ellie collaborates closely with clients, designing personalised menus, providing shopping lists, and preparing meals directly in their homes during weekly sessions.
