He also serves as the consulting chef for Virgin Australia.
As a prolific author, Luke has penned four bestselling cookbooks: "BLD – Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner," "Luke Mangan Food," "Luke Mangan Classics," "At Home and in the Mood," and most recently, his autobiography "The Making of a Chef."
In 2009, he launched Luke Mangan Providores, offering a range of gourmet products like spices, oils, vinegars, condiments, wines, and desserts.
