Stephanie Brantz is widely recognized as Australia’s foremost female television sports presenter, known for her authoritative presence on ABC TV where she is the face of women’s sport. Throughout her career, Stephanie has conducted interviews with a diverse range of athletes and personalities, including notable figures such as Harry Kewell, Steve Waugh, Ian Thorpe, John Eales, Shane Warne, and Mark Schwarzer. Her coverage spans prestigious events like The Ashes, FIFA World Cup, Ironman Series, and The National Basketball League.
Stephanie’s journey in sports broadcasting began at Channel 9, where she spent four years presenting sports on National Nine News, Nightline, and The Sunday Show. Prior to that, she spent six years at SBS as co-host of SBS World Sport with the legendary Les Murray and was a prominent face during the 2006 World Cup coverage in Australia. Stephanie initially joined SBS Sports in 2000, contributing to On the Ball.
Beyond her broadcasting roles, Stephanie Brantz is in high demand as an MC and speaker, lending her talents to events for organizations such as the NSW Waratahs, Sydney Roosters, and the 2007 Ashes Series, as well as various corporate functions.
