Stephen Quartermain began his career in journalism in 1980 with Leader Newspapers. He then joined the ABC before moving to the 10 Network. For the past three decades Stephen has continued his relationship with 10 while also working on radio including MMM and 3AW.
He also works as an MC, media trainer and consultant.
Highlights of his career include covering Olympic and Commonwealth Games, World championships, hosting and calling AFL grand finals and Brownlow Medals. He has also been involved in horse racing, Formula 1, cricket and swimming and has featured on many successful TV shows including “The Panel”.
Stephen has been an anchor at 10 News for over 35 years.
He is a member of the MCG’s Media Hall of Fame and is also a life member of the AFL Football Media Association.
