At the age of 12 he was already known as the best Acrobat in his home town. And by the age of 16 he was Dar-es-Salaam’s District Acrobatic Champion. The breathtaking fast and exciting show of African dance and acrobatics. From there he managed to form a group and they called themselves The Afrikan Warriors. They joined the YCIC (Youth Cultural and Information Centre). This led them to enter into a competition and they became winners of Mtoto wa Afrika Festival (Child of Africa Festival) and the Zanzibar International Film Festival (ZIFF Festival). They held their title as winners for three years from 1997 to 1999.
After winning the ZIFF Festival in 1999 the Afrikan Warriors got a contract to UK to perform their amazing acrobatics shows. Since coming to UK they have worked in different circuses, worked in conjunction with big entertainment companies and theme parks. The African Warriors have performed in some of the biggest circuses and festivals in the world, as well as performing for some of the largest entertainment companies and theme parks.
